Orders placed with delivery addresses outside the UK will not be accepted.

Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and dispatch preparation.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Method and Origin

MACIE operates under a dropshipping business model.

Products are shipped directly from our suppliers, including suppliers located in China.

Shipping origin may vary depending on the product and availability.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times to the United Kingdom are:

Standard Delivery: approximately 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Any applicable shipping fees depend on the product, delivery method, and destination.

No VAT is included in product prices.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customs duties or import charges may apply depending on the shipment.

Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

MACiE does not include VAT in its prices.

7. Delays and Responsibility

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

MACIE is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities. However, we will assist customers in tracking shipments and resolving delivery issues where possible.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
